What Syncamore stores

Syncamore stores your account identity, saved product and workshop records, usage totals, uploaded and generated product images, support messages, subscription status, and encrypted credentials for stores you choose to connect.

How data is used

Your data is used to provide product analysis, image processing, saved work, billing, and publishing to destinations you authorize. Product images may be sent to the configured AI providers to perform features you request.

Retention and control

You can disconnect stores at any time. From Plan & usage, you can request deletion of your account, records, uploaded images, and connected-store credentials. Billing or legal records may be retained where required.

Service providers

Syncamore uses hosting, database, object-storage, authentication, payment, AI, and connected-marketplace providers solely to operate requested features.
